    1. By Friday night, e-mail your 2-page formatted questionnaire (Assignment #5) and the most recent version of your questionnaire objectives to your assigned partner (preferably as attachments in MS Word format).

    2. Next week, bring your own formatted questionnaire (Assignment #5) to class. Bring a version on two overhead transparencies and a paper copy to submit to Prof. Herek.
